-Ensure that dryer is well vented to the outside

-Buy oxygen based bleach with no chlorine, and fragrance free fabric softeners

-Sew sachets of lavender in tulle, to use in place of dryer sheets for natural static control. Each sachet can be used for a month or two

-If you work with chemicals or in construction, remove work clothes when you come home, wash them separately and have a shower
